Dr. Anita G. Welch is a professor in the College of Education at Wayne State University. Before arriving at Wayne State in 2019, she served as an Associate Dean of Teachers College at Ball State University. Prior to arriving at Ball State in 2016, she spent two years at the Emirates College for Advanced Education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates were she was the Curriculum & Educational Technology Division Head. Her research includes mid-career faculty advancement, post secondary teaching dispositions, and cross-cultural studies of STEM education. Dr. Welch has over twenty-two years of experience teaching in higher education in the US, including courses in educational research & statistics, curriculum design, and instructional strategies with emphasis on the use of educational technology in the classroom. She has also led study abroad trips to Turkey and Italy. As a high school teacher in the US, she taught courses in chemistry, physics, biology, and pre-engineering.

Kristi Kõiv, PhD, Associate Professor, Institute of Education, University of Tartu, Estonia. Her research interest spans the fields of educational psychology with special interest in bullying, antisocial and delinquent behaviour of youngsters and adults inspired by education and social institutions. She is an author and co-author on many articles over than 20 years’ expertise on the professional field of research at the international context.

Dr. Alla Belousova-Professor of Psychology, Head of the Department of Educational Psychology and Organizational Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Pedagogy and Defectology, Don State Technical University. She gained a PhD in Educational Psychology from Rostov State Pedagogical University and doctoral dissertation from Rostov State University. Her PhD and Doctoral thesis explored the thinking activity and the influence of students' personality traits on the effectiveness of thinking. Since 1993 - Associate Professor, Professor of the Southern Federal University in Rostov-on-Don. Dr. Alla Belousova joined Don State Technic University in 2017 as Head of the Department of Educational Psychology and Organizational Psychology. She is an experienced teacher and currently leads the Master's program "Cognitive Psychology". Alla's research interests are focused on the study of thinking activity in different ages; organization of collaborative thinking activity and thinking of participants at different stages of the educational process; features of style of thinking in educational practice; features of the image of the world representatives of the peoples of Europe, Russia, Asia and the Caucasus; the development of critical thinking of participants in the educational process. She has a successful track record of receiving research funding from a number of state organizations and foundations of various organizations. Dr. Alla Belousova was invited to various conferences as a keynote speaker. She has published many journal articles, monographs and textbooks, and she is also a member of various national and international organizations.

Jeya Amantha Kumar received her B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, Malaysia in 2001, M. Ed. in Technical and Vocational education from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn, Johor, Malaysia in 2003 and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology (Instructional System Design) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia in 2016. She is currently working as a senior lecturer in the Centre for Instructional Technology and Multimedia, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Pulau Pinang. Malaysia. She is passionate about instructional technology, mobile learning, online learning, design education, engineering education, structural equation modeling, and Human-Computer Interaction.
