About the Proceedings

The volume contains selected, peer-reviewed papers from the 11th International Scientific and Theoretical Conference - Communicative Strategies of Information Society (CSIS 2019), 25-26 October, 2019, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

The objective of the conference was creation of an interdisciplinary platform for discussing problematic issues related to the analysis and planning of interactions in socio-technical systems, in the context of new forms of learning and the expansion of a network digital culture in the life world of the individual and society. The importance of the conference was that the development of a communication strategy for the social management of intelligent systems, human resources, web resources, distance learning and PR technologies.

130 full papers were subjected to a double-blind review process and 55 full papers were accepted for publication. The papers presented at the conference covered every aspects of Information Society i.e. philosophy, technology, politics; Systems analysis of information and communication technologies; Communicative strategies in public administration and public self-government.; Intellectual environments and digital subculture modern information society; Interactions in sociotechnical environments: Human resources, Web resources and PR-technologies; Problems of intercultural communication; Personality in the information and network society; Technology manipulation of behavior and consciousness and Traditions and new formats of education.
