The objective of the conference is to exchange scientific experience among scientists and researchers studying various fields of science, technology and education; to discuss topical issues and promising areas of scientific research.

128 full papers were subjected to a single-blind review process and 125 full papers were accepted for publication. The conference thematic sections are Humanitarian and Social Sciences; Education and Psychology, Economics and Law, Interdisciplinary Sciences.
