Students master the structural and systemic connections of the target language in the parameters of the system-forming function of the language, aimed at solving communication problems. The units of this level are concepts, ideas, concepts that form in each linguistic personality into an ordered picture of the world, reflecting the hierarchy of values. Units of this level are focused on pragmatics and are manifested in the communicative-activity needs of the individual.
