1. Verification of the CEC protocols for correctness of the language of the adopted decisions for compliance with the Company's accounting principles, accounting legislation (instructions of sources, etc.)2. Verification of correct execution of the CEC protocols for completeness of the adopted decisions (adequacy of the Primary documents provision to ensure the recording of the inventory results, certain actions, deadlines for all points of the protocol and for all participants of the process) 3. Correction/addition/exclusion/agreement of the CEC decision language in case of detection of incorrect/incomplete proposals on the ways to eliminate the detected discrepancies. |
