I count on formal authority. I rather rely on formal authority. Teachers build authority so that they are righteous to all pupils, are consistent in adherence to the rules, and rely on the formal teacher authority.
I believe in informal authority.
I rely on formal teachers’ authority.
The teacher is supposed to be fair in solving problems and be consistent in adhering to the rules. I try to be fair when we solve problems and I am consistent in complying with the rules, I act fairly with all pupils and participate in the group games.
I Try to get closer to the pupils and be fair to all of them.
I act righteously, objectively and engaging all pupils.
