R3 H1=Y, H2=N with the reason although already had simple system still could not reflect it as Lean system, H3= disagree, as She said for handmade product just put as is otherwise it will lose it sense of art, H4=Y, H5=Y
R4 H1=Y as he believes it lead to the fact more manufacturer deal with high standard buyers, H2=Agree, H3=Y and mentioned some factory applied their own system which probably more fit with their product nature, H4=Y, H5=Definitely yes
R5 H1=Y, H2=N reason: not every factory has enough capital to build and implement the system, H3=Y some doing combination system both manual and automation, H4=Y, H5=Y
R6 H1=Y, H2= Averagely due she has limited knowledge about lean system, H3= Agree, as every product has their own characteristic therefore need different act too, H4=Y as lean system need big money to build up, H5=strongly agree
R7 H1=Y, H4=Agree as although simple it actually root of future lean system, H3=Y, H4=Disagree in fact although the manufacturer produce handmade their already implemented system, H5=Y
R8 H1=N reason: the changing only happened to the big guy instead SMEs, H2=N, H3=Strongly agree as more handmade manufacturing are always concern with the art value rather than productivity, H4=Y, H5=N as he believes for every new system adaption will absorb big investment but still un-sure for the return.
