Phylogeny Study Of Some Vaccinal Strains Of Rabies Virus And Comparing Their Antigenic Glycoprotein Specificity With The Wild Type

Associated to CVS strain: Threonine amino acid in antigenic site II b in reference strain is changed to Isoleucine and Glycine is changed to Glutamate. Histidine is also changed to Arginine in G5 antigenic site. Associated to PV strain: Histidine amino acid existing in reference strain is changed to Arginine in G5 antigenic site.
