The 7th Annual International Conference on Cognitive - Social, and Behavioural Sciences (icCSBs 2018), will be hosted by Institute for Education Development Strategy of the Russian Academy of Education, in Moscow, Russia. The subject of the conference is extensive and covers various problems of pedagogy, education, psychology, linguistics and social sciences. 141 submissions received, 117 full papers were subjected to a double-blind review process and 78 full texts were accepted for publication.
