Personal component The child is a 10th grade student in a secondary school. She was brought up in a single-parent family. Her development is at a multi-aspect level. Throughout the entire period of training, she has shown versatile features of creative development. Diverse talents have always made this student distinguished.The people who play significant roles in the personified upbringing system are her mother, class teacher, subject teacher, school principaland an extracurricular activity teacher. The child is an 11th grade secondary school student. An important role in the child’s life and her achievements, activities and problem solving is played by her mother who supports her daughter in all her endeavors and successes, an extracurricular activity teacher and school administration.
Value-semantic component The child is always active in various fields of activity. Her plans are always aimed at participating in contests, competitions, festivals and so on. The pronounced areas of self-development are creative ability development and research activities.The studied child determines her goal as entering the drama school. All her activities are aimed at the development of artistic and creative abilities. Pedagogical support plays an enormous role in this. The reference adults’ main pedagogical goal in raising the child is to create conditions for the development and manifestation of her creative abilities. The child has always dreamed of becoming an architect and getting higher education in Moscow. But her father was against it, he wanted a different future for his daughter. Mother supported her daughter contrary to father’s forecasts and helped her in her work and activities. The child is a purposeful girl, so she continued her studies in a creative association coming to individual sessions and devoting all her free time to fine art.The purpose of the teacher's work is to facilitate the development of creative abilities in the conditions of individual learning. The child’s priority values are creativity, family, self-development, career and health.
Organization-and-activity component The development of creative abilities occurs in the process of having classes with teachers of extracurricular education: a voice coach and a performing arts teacher. As a result, at school she plays an important role in the running, organization and participation in various types of amateur concerts. As for the patriotism-oriented activities, the studentis the presenter of the leading event of such kind, combining her talented recitation of poems, ballads and prose with singing the songs dedicated to the same topic. To mention her sociability, the girl demonstrates her organization skills that help in designing activities both with younger students and peers. The research area allows her to develop research skills, while successfully delivering speeches at various conferences. The child has carried out the realization of his goals sequentially.Step one. Spatial-relational component The nature of the relationship between the participants in the educational process has been benevolent. The community of classmates who supported the student is of great importance for her. She has always been the true “favorite” with the elementary schoolchildren. They also play a large role in her formation. The community of classmates, the creative club members, parents, relatives and friends matter a lot.The extra-curricular activity teacher has ensured the freedom and voluntary choice of participation (non-participation) in joint activities, built up and maintained the relations based on equality, mutual interest, tolerance and respect; facilitated the inter-position interaction there, stimulated the manifestation and awareness of their positions by all the participants, their ability to respect and understand the position of another person.
Keyresults The subject of a personalized upbringing system has repeatedly become the winner of the school project “Step to Success” in the nominations “Towards Discoveries” (research activities), “Volunteer of the Year” (social activities), “Conductor of the Year” (leadership skills), “ViTa” (vocal, fine and applied arts), “The Public’s Favourite” (informal leadership). She has many times participated in the School Creativity Festival "Create your dreams." The child has become the winner in various nominations –applied arts, choral and vocal skills, “recitation”, etc. The child has become the winner of the International Illustration Contest "Tales of Siberia through the eyes of children" (Moscow, the Shilov Gallery) and the laureate of the Interactive festival "RosatomArt Olympus" in Novouralsk, All-Russian Open Art Competition "Young Artist of Russia - 2018". She is the participant and winner of regional contests "I draw this world", the contest of young artists "How wonderful this world is" and the regional festival of Orthodox culture "My Orthodox Fatherland", regional competition "My Small Homeland" as well as the creative competition "Red Book by children’s hands."
