Intensity of expressiveness and attachment. Weak psychological defenses.
Emigrants High sensation of cultural security, low level of economic security perception; low preparedness to risk-taking. Normatively accepted values: self-direction, kindness, achievement; normatively rejected values: tradition, power. Values shared at the level of behavior: conformity, stimulation; values rejected at the level of behavior: tradition. Exhibited attachment and control. Basic belief in self-worth. Developed psychological defenses: projection and denial.
