Specification of a set of indicators reflecting the conceptual, technological creativity of the employee and his or her personal culture.
Stage 3 On the basis of the method of expert assessments and depending on the specifics of the organization, determination of specific weight of the indicator of conceptual, technological creativity of the employee and his personal culture.
Stage 4 Integral assessment of the creativity level by the formula:I = N fact - Nmin / Nmax - NminN fact is the indicator reflecting a certain assessment of creativity in points;Nmin is the lower level of the indicator, reflecting a certain assessment of creativity in points (established by experts);Nmax is the upper level of the indicator, reflecting a certain creativity in points (set by expert = 100 points)
