The “Association of technoparks in the field of high technologies” was transformed into a non-profit organization “Association of organizations promoting development of clusters and technoparks”
2018. Federal Law of 27.06.2018 № 160-FL “On the Amendments to the Federal Law “On Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation”. This law provides definitions of several types of technology parks and the legal framework for operation of industrial technology parks Preparation and publication of annual industry reviews on technology parks for 2015, 2016, 2017 (Association of clusters and technoparks, 2018).
