The role of pedagogical practice in the professional motivation process of students 66 % of them insisted on the importance encouraging to students in the practical activities. the positive support for the students’ responses, giving high grades for their encouragement; avoiding the mention of their mistakes which can be corrected by them by time;step by step involvement in the practical activities, to the point in which they will be able to teach a demonstrative lesson by themselves.
34% of them insisted on the role of the explanations of the mistakes in the motivational process of students the interest of students for the didactical profession is not a individual problem.
