Work conditions: share of industrial employees working in unfavorable conditions (%) relatively all industrial employees; people employed in heavy work (%) relatively all industrial workers; number of work related health problems; number of work related accidents.2. Human resource instability: turnover of employees, partial employment, vacated employees, layoffs, in percentage relatively average staff. 3. Professional and competence level: the share of employees retrained every year.4. TFE’s investments: to modernize assets, to improve work conditions, to save the environment, to support the SIT and social infrastructure. |
